Please also ensure you contact the Diving Officer to inform them of the trip and the planned activities with adequate time for them to request, review and approve dive plans.
As a member of Sheffield Scuba, to keep everyone safe, all Diving members must complete the Annual Diving Member Certification and have a valid medical. To complete the annual certification, you must review and complete the form linked below.

As a member of our club you have access to our equipment
hire for both training and personal use. This agreement outlines the use of all
equipment belonging to the club and the terms of its hire.
